What is this?

Philotes are these tiny tiny particles surrounding us and connecting every living thing. At least in the world of Ender by Orson Scott Card. Fotki is a Polish word for photos. Philotki will be all these tiny photos all around us :).

Why is this here?

Philotki was developed by Andrzej Tarski as first Web2.0 project and test playground for XHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS & object-oriented PHP programming.
